Experience Niagara II: Maid of the Mist

My Niagara experience, part two! haha. I really can't explain the feeling of being there and seeing the great Niagara Falls just in front of your two eyes. It was both spectacular and breathtaking! Well, actually, I guess that's an understatement. haha. Whatever! So in case you don't know, Niagara Falls consists of three large waterfalls, the American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls and Horseshoe Falls. Maid of the mist is the 45-minute boat tour on Niagara Falls. We were given blue raincoats to protect ourselves from getting completely wet. I liked the raincoats maybe because it's blue but I honestly didn't mind getting wet. The tour starts along the calm waters near the rainbow bridge, passing along American falls and Bridal Veil falls then onto the curve of Horseshoe falls. That ride felt so short. It was such a perfect moment that I kept on thanking God for His amazing creations and for allowing me to witness and experience it.

Love,

TALA

  4. Oh what a lovely photo of that rainbow! I do miss Niagara Falls. I grew up in upstate New York (though I'm currently in Texas) and visited the falls 2-3 times. Though I haven't visited since I was a kid and wonder how the experience would be as an adult. I think I'd love it that much more.
